I am not able to check in at a location. How can I get credit for this visit?

Manual check-ins can be applied by contacting our support team. Our team typically requests a picture taken at the location and the date of your visit to validate a manual check-in. Please note: visits made prior to ordering the pass are not eligible for a manual check in. 

How do I earn points?

If a location has a point value associated, you will see that when you click on the venue’s page. You can earn points as you validate your visit at a location via GPS, PIN or QR Code verification. 

How do I redeem prizes with my points?

In the Rewards tab, you will see all available prizes. Each prize has a point value associated with it. Once you earn the required amount of points to redeem a prize, you will be able to click the “Claim Now” button for that prize. After claiming a prize, that amount of points will be deducted from your earned point total. 

When do my points expire?

Point expirations vary by pass, and are shown on the Rewards tab. You will have until that date to use your points to redeem prizes. 

How are prizes delivered?

Prize delivery is noted on each prize on the Rewards tab. If the prize says “Shipped,” you will be asked to enter your mailing address. If the prize says “Pickup,” you will be provided a location where you can pick up your prize in-person. 

Do other people need to sign up for their own pass or can we all use mine?

Each pass is associated with an individual user until the pass’ expiration date. An active pass is accessed by typing in your individual e-mail address. If you have friends who want to participate, you can encourage them to sign up for the pass themselves. Then, you can all visit locations, earn points and redeem prizes together as you check in on your own passport.
