Relaxation yoga or gentle pilates, focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction through holding poses for extended periods, promoting a state of calm and well-being. Sessions create peace in yourself and thus creates peace in the world. Adult classes are 1 hour in length unless otherwise noted. Your ticket includes:

?? Leafy green treats to invite the bunnies to visit your mat
