Things I Can Fold, Deflate, and Break

Art Gallery of Burlington 1333 Lakeshore Road, Burlington

Things I Can Fold, Deflate, and Break?splits the gallery in thirds, diving into distant modes of light, sound and movement, resulting in a unified environment in which material and narrative coexist and merge through one another. Flickering lights, low hums from inflatable fans, and tactile shifts from wool to plastic produce a multisensory choreography that guides the viewer through Roda’s world.?

Soft Ears Sound Bath and Meditation

Blue Dot Acres 2179A Dundas Street, Burlington

At Blue Dot Acres, our music and sound experiences invite you to settle into a quieter rhythm. Whether it?s the warm resonance of live harp at sunset or the soothing immersion of a sound bath and guided meditation, these gatherings are designed to support nervous-system rest, reflection, and a sense of connection. Each event weaves together natural surroundings, mindful presence, and the transformative qualities of sound to create moments that feel restorative and spacious.
Soft Ears Sound Bath and Meditation

Settle into a soothing Sunday evening as we prepare our hearts and minds for the week ahead. Led by sound healer Sarah Lourdes, this quiet, grounding experience weaves together soft vibrations, guided meditation, and the calming presence of our free-roaming bunnies. Sarah will use only the most delicate tones?chosen with care for the bunnies? sensitive bodies?creating an atmosphere that feels restful, steadying, and deeply supportive. It?s an invitation to pause, breathe, and let yourself be held by sound, softness, and the gentle rhythms of the farm. This event is created for adults and teens who enjoy quiet, reflective spaces.

Harp and Hops

Step into the calm of the farm for an evening of harp music, soft lights, and stillness. Professional harpist Lexi Hunter-Assing will fill the space with gentle, meditative sound while guests relax, sip a warm drink, and simply breathe. This isn?t a concert or a performance to sit through?it?s a quiet gathering designed to help your nervous system settle. Bring a blanket and find a cozy spot on a cushion or chair, and let the harp?s resonance mingle with the calm energy of the farm. You?re welcome to stretch, recline, or rest however feels most natural. (We have some limited comfy chair seating available ? please email if you require this kind of seating.) This event is created for adults and teens who enjoy quiet, reflective spaces. Come alone or with someone you love, and give yourself permission to rest. Harpist plays for 1 hour and the bunnies will be free-ranging.
