Power yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced, and playful style of yoga that emphasizes building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Motivating instruction and epic playlists make this class ideal for people at all skill levels who like a bit of a challenge. This is an adult class but youth who love yoga ages 9+ years are welcome to take part. Victoria teaches power yoga with bunnies every Thursday evening and one weekend morning a month. For people who wish to make this part of their regular fitness routine, book 4 sessions to get a discount!
