Power yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced, and playful style of yoga that emphasizes building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Motivating instruction and epic playlists make this class ideal for people at all skill levels who like a bit of a challenge. This is an adult class but youth who love yoga ages 9+ years are welcome to take part. Victoria teaches power yoga with bunnies every Thursday evening and one weekend morning a month. The performers move from the nests, up into the aerial tree canopy, through the rope tree trunk, and on the floor. There is a large forest floor carpet that lies beneath the tree branches for the audience to sit and lie on.

This gentle, beginner-friendly class is designed to encourage movement, mindfulness, and connection?with both your loved ones and our furry farm friends. Whether you?re flowing through simple poses or pausing to observe the bunnies, it?s the perfect way to unwind.
*Adaptive Program with Tova from Reframe Family Yoga: Upon Request, Tova will offer an adaptive program of family yoga with bunnies. This session will have a smaller capacity to create more space, quieter pacing, and opportunities for individualized support from the caregiver. It?s designed for children with disabilities or who may benefit from additional guidance, flexibility, and choice in how they participate.
