400 Brant

Situated in the historic Zimmerman House in downtown Burlington, 400 Brant offers private event dining in a refined yet welcoming space. Choose from the main-floor Brant Room for up to 50 guests or the lower-level Fore Hundred Room for up to 100, featuring a full bar, dual large-screen TVs, and even Trackman golf simulators. Events include access to plated or buffet menus, wines, and cocktails, all crafted with care by Executive Chef Stewart Schmidt. Rental fees apply based on room and timing. View details here.

Admiral Inn Burlington

A boutique hotel located just off the QEW, Admiral Inn Burlington offers a quiet, functional boardroom that accommodates up to 30 guests — ideal for small team sessions, interviews, or business meetings. Located just off the QEW, Best Western Plus Burlington is a full-service hotel offering 1,900 sq ft of total meeting space across three flexible rooms, each accommodating up to 45 guests. The hotel provides affordable accommodations, complimentary breakfast, free parking, and access to an indoor pool and fitness centre—making it a convenient choice for small meetings, training sessions, or corporate stays. B Town Sound

A one-of-a-kind creative studio and lounge-style venue located inside a professional recording studio in Burlington. The space blends an urban aesthetic with music-industry flair, ideal for private receptions, team socials, cocktail parties, or creative productions. Capacity includes 90 guests cocktail-style, 54 for seated dinners, or 88 for theatre-style seating. The venue features a full bar, sound and lighting enhancements (including fog machines and disco lights), and flexible indoor/outdoor layout options. Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington

Conveniently located near the highway and major business areas, Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington offers 1,215 sq ft of flexible meeting space across two rooms — Innspiration 1 and 2 — ideal for corporate meetings, staff training, and small group functions. Room capacities range from 14 to 75 guests, with setups for banquet, boardroom, classroom, or reception. Homewood Suites by Hilton Burlington

Conveniently located just off the QEW, Homewood Suites offers a suite-style hotel experience ideal for corporate travel and extended stays. The property features 1,950 sq ft of flexible meeting space across four rooms, including Canadian Hall A (capacity 40), Canadian Hall B (capacity 56), and the combined Canadian Halls A & B (capacity 95). The Rickards Room is also available for smaller meetings of up to 10 guests. Ireland House Museum

Located on a four-acre green refuge in south Burlington, Ireland House Museum offers a charming heritage setting surrounded by towering trees and historic buildings. The Helen Ireland Caldwell Program Room, located in the Interpretive Centre, accommodates up to 25 guests and includes access to a small adjoining servery with a sink and work area — ideal for meetings, workshops, and small group gatherings. Joseph Brant Museum

A modern, heritage-inspired museum located across from Spencer Smith Park and Lake Ontario, offering flexible rental spaces with natural light and downtown access. The Shoreline Room (560 sq ft) seats up to 42 guests and includes a stone accent wall, drop-down screen, and blackout drapes. The adjacent Lakefront Room (624 sq ft) seats up to 48 guests and offers similar AV features. Combined, they create a 1,184 sq ft space for up to 90 guests, with floor-to-ceiling east-facing windows. A rooftop terrace with panoramic lake views is also available for small receptions or cocktail-style gatherings. Free Wi‑Fi and limited on-site parking are available, with additional municipal lots located nearby. Outside catering is permitted; no in-house catering is offered. Martini House

Located in the heart of downtown Burlington, Martini House offers an intimate private dining space ideal for special occasions, corporate dinners, or small celebrations. The private room accommodates up to 30 guests with customizable set menu options, and the in-house catering team ensures every detail is covered so you can focus on enjoying the moment. Quality Hotel Burlington

Located just off the highway, Quality Hotel Burlington offers nearly 600 sq ft of flexible event space in the Burlington Room, accommodating up to 55 guests in various seating layouts. Ideal for corporate meetings, seminars, receptions, and small special events, the space includes complimentary AV equipment, Wi‑Fi, and dedicated support from on-site event staff. Raspberry Chalet

A private, fully furnished chalet-style cottage in rural Burlington offering a refined yet relaxed setting for offsites, retreats, and small-scale events. With seating for up to 70 guests for formal dinners and a maximum capacity of 100 cocktail-style, the chalet combines rustic character with modern function. Inside, you’ll find two elegant dining and meeting rooms, a fully equipped conference space with AV projection and PA systems, and three distinct bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and elevator access. 

Outdoors, the landscaped grounds feature a sunroom and bar, covered deck, waterfall, fire pit, and recreational extras like a short game golf green and walking access to the Bruce Trail. Located in downtown Burlington, Smoq House brings bold, elevated BBQ to a casual, inviting space that’s available for full buyouts. Perfect for catered events, socials, or private receptions, the restaurant offers chef-driven menus with slow-cooked meats, signature sauces, and creative sides. Toast Event Space

Located in Burlington’s Village Square, Toast Event Space is a flexible and stylish boutique venue ideal for micro-events, private workshops, speaker series, and creative gatherings. The space accommodates up to 60 standing, 50 theatre-style, or 36–40 for formal dining. Features include a full sound system, 8-foot smart TV, podium, and access to a private outdoor patio. Tables and chairs are available for rent, and guests can bring their own food, beverages, and décor. Outside alcohol is permitted with a Smart Serve–certified vendor and proper liquor license. Burlington Brewery

Located in North Burlington, Burlington Brewery offers a vibrant, laid-back space for private events of all sizes — from team-building sessions and product launches to client dinners and social celebrations. The venue features indoor and outdoor areas with capacity for up to 200 guests, customizable craft beer packages, and Latin-inspired catering options such as buffet-style dining, plated meals, and appetizer pairings. Burlington Public Library

Burlington Public Library offers accessible, affordable meeting rooms at multiple branches across the city — ideal for community groups, nonprofits, and business meetings. Room capacities range from 5 to 120 guests, with spaces available for presentations, training sessions, and small events. Courtyard by Marriott Burlington

A modern hotel venue with flexible event space and on-site accommodations, located directly beside the Burlington Convention Centre. The hotel offers 1,812 sq ft of meeting space, including Courtyard Hall, a combined space made up of Rooms A and B, accommodating up to 140 guests theatre-style or 120 banquet-style. Each room can also be used separately for smaller setups. A private Halton Boardroom is available for up to 10 guests. Drury Lane Theatre

Located in central Burlington, this community theatre features a traditional proscenium stage and cabaret-style seating for 138 guests at small tables. The setup creates an intimate and relaxed atmosphere ideal for lectures, community events, presentations, or small receptions. Paletta Mansion

A historic 11,000 sq ft waterfront estate, Paletta Mansion offers elegant rooms, lakefront terraces, and 14 acres of landscaped grounds for meetings and private events. Built in 1930 by Edythe Merriam MacKay, daughter of Canadian steel magnate C.A. Birge, the mansion remains one of Burlington’s most iconic heritage properties. Ideal for corporate receptions, meetings, and private gatherings, Paletta Mansion accommodates up to 100 guests for plated meals, 150 for theatre-style setups, or 50 for boardroom-style events. The fully accessible facility includes outdoor verandahs and terraces, on-site parking, Wi-Fi, and exclusive catering packages ranging from cocktail receptions to high tea. Spencer’s at the Waterfront

Spencer’s offers a stunning lakefront setting in downtown Burlington, with The Observatory event space featuring soaring 30-foot glass walls and panoramic views of Lake Ontario. This modern, elegant room blends natural wood accents with contemporary design and accommodates up to 120 guests. The venue offers chef-inspired, seasonal cuisine, customizable menus and packages, and full support from on-site event consultants and a personal maître d’. Large-Scale Spaces (250+ Guests)

Art Gallery of Burlington (AGB)

Located on the waterfront in downtown Burlington, the Art Gallery of Burlington offers a creative and contemporary setting for meetings, receptions, and corporate events. The gallery features over 44,000 sq ft of flexible space, including the combined Shoreline and Rotary Rooms for up to 250 guests cocktail-style or 200 seated, as well as smaller spaces like the Fireside Lounge and a seasonal outdoor courtyard. Guests enjoy access to Canada’s largest collection of contemporary ceramic art, optional AV services, and a welcoming, fully accessible venue. Outside food is not permitted—catering must be arranged through AGB’s preferred vendors. Discounted parking is available upon request. Atrium Banquet & Conference Centre

A polished, full-service venue offering three elegant rooms and on-site catering. The space accommodates up to 300 guests, with flexible layouts and AV capabilities including projection and portable screens. Options include a large main ballroom, a mid-size room for up to 50 guests, and a smaller bridal room ideal for intimate meetings. Event specialists are available to assist with planning and coordination.

Burlington Convention Centre

With over 30,000 sq ft of versatile banquet space, the Burlington Convention Centre is the city’s largest event venue and a five-star facility catering to corporate, social, and wedding events for up to 1,500 guests. The Emerald, Rosewood, and Queen Victoria Halls can be used independently or combined to accommodate major conferences, trade shows, or galas. Additional boardrooms and pre-function spaces support smaller meetings and breakout sessions. On-site amenities include full AV support, professional in-house catering, and ample free parking. The facility is directly connected to the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington, providing seamless access to overnight accommodations.

Burlington Performing Arts Centre (BPAC)

A state-of-the-art performance venue offering flexible event spaces with professional tech support and downtown walkability. The Main Stage Theatre seats 718 and includes full lighting, sound, and rigging systems. The Community Studio Theatre features 2,500 sq ft of floor space and seats up to 190 guests depending on configuration. This acoustically refined space is ideal for meetings, exhibits, and small receptions. A bright, open lobby area is also available for networking or registration. Crossroad Unity Commons

Crossroads Unity Commons offers flexible event spaces in a bright, modern setting designed for everything from large-scale events to casual community gatherings. Located in Burlington, the facility features multiple rental rooms with audio and lighting controls, direct docking access, and unique amenities. Room 120 is the largest, accommodating up to 728 people with access to a storage area and loading zone. Room 116 holds up to 200 guests and includes a cathedral ceiling and fixed stage, while Room 115 supports up to 115 guests and features lounge seating with ping pong and foosball tables for relaxed, social setups. Hilton Garden Inn Burlington

A modern hotel venue offering over 6,700 sq ft (623 sq m) of flexible meeting space across six rooms, including the John Labatt Hall, which accommodates up to 300 theatre-style or 150 banquet-style. The hall can be divided into A, B, and C sections for smaller configurations. Additional rooms include the Alexander Keith Room (up to 30 reception) and a dedicated boardroom for up to 14. The venue includes in-house catering, AV support, free parking, and 120 guest rooms, making it ideal for conferences, business meetings, or social events. Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre

A newly renovated, full-service venue offering over 20,000 sq ft of event space in a central location just off the QEW. The Halton Ballroom features 5,720 sq ft with 12-foot ceilings, chandelier lighting, and drive-in access — accommodating up to 450 guests and divisible into four sections. Several additional meeting rooms are available for breakout sessions or smaller events. The facility includes full AV support, catering services, free parking, and access to 237 guest rooms across Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites on-site. Marquis Gardens (Waterfront Hotel)

A modern banquet and event space located inside Burlington’s Waterfront Hotel at Lakeshore and Brant Street, overlooking Lake Ontario. Marquis Gardens offers customizable, all-inclusive event packages with access to an outdoor patio and lakefront park. The venue accommodates between 25 and 400 guests and includes in-house catering, AV, Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated event coordinator. Ron Joyce Centre (McMaster DeGroote School of Business)

A LEED Gold–certified event facility just off the QEW and five minutes from Appleby GO Station. The Centre spans three floors and features high-end AV, on-site catering, and free Wi‑Fi throughout. Spaces include a 255-seat tiered auditorium (4,360 sq ft) with leather seating and dual projectors, a 4,100 sq ft Great Hall that can be split in two and holds up to 300 guests, three flexible classrooms (30–40 seats), three additional tiered classrooms (70 seats), 27 small breakout rooms (6–12 people), three boardrooms including a 650 sq ft executive space, and two medium-sized reception rooms for groups of 30. Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG)

Featuring over 17,000 square feet of function space situated in garden environments and near scenic trails, RBG offers a unique and inspiring setting for corporate functions, meetings, and conferences. The Auditorium is the largest space at 5,400 sq ft, accommodating up to 300 banquet-style or 400 theatre-style guests, and can be divided into two rooms. Additional options include the Café Annex (1,443 sq ft, 40–60 guests), Rooms 1 & 2 (up to 1,344 sq ft), and an Executive Meeting Room for up to 16 guests. The Pearle Hotel & Spa

A luxury waterfront hotel offering refined event spaces with lake views, elegant architectural finishes, and elevated hospitality. The Edgewater Ballroom spans 5,133 sq ft and seats up to 550 guests. Additional spaces include the Northshore (1,296 sq ft) and Laurentide (1,242 sq ft), both with lake views and capacity for 132 guests, and the Boulevard Room (780 sq ft) for up to 72. The Petite Isabelle private dining room (650 sq ft) seats 40. The hotel also features five breakout rooms with seating for up to 8 guests each.
