New this year, the Maple Syrup Festival brings two weekends of classic Canadian flavour and family fun to Burlington. Hosted by Street Eats Market, the festival celebrates maple season with fresh pancakes, taffy poured over snow, maple inspired treats, and local syrup vendors sharing products straight from the source. Beyond the food, the experience feels festive and welcoming, with kids’ activities, cozy fire pits, artisan vendors, and plenty of spots to linger and soak in the atmosphere. Bronte Creek Provincial Park’s Maple Syrup Festival is a classic spring outing that blends heritage, hands on learning, and plenty of maple flavour. Plan to spend a couple of hours exploring Maple Lane on a guided tour, watching maple candy or taffy poured fresh, and stepping inside the park’s 120 year old farmhouse for a glimpse into the past. Families can visit friendly farm animals, hop on a wagon ride, and browse maple treats in the gift shop before stocking up on syrup at the Maple Express Shop. On weekends throughout March and during March Break, the Pancake House adds to the experience with stacks of pancakes and savoury sausages served hot and ready.
