Burlington’s signature winter dining program introduces a new Burlington Taste Trail experience
Taste of Burlington, an initiative of Burlington Economic Development and Tourism, is gearing up for its highly anticipated return from January 26 to February 8, 2026. This beloved prix-fixe dining program invites residents and visitors to explore Burlington’s vibrant culinary scene through creative menus crafted by local chefs. With over 40 restaurants participating, including 14 new since last year, foodies will have the chance to savour dishes that highlight the creativity, passion, and flavours that make Burlington a standout food destination.
This year also marks the launch of the Burlington Taste Trail, a brand-new way for food lovers to discover new flavours throughout the city. Diners can sign up for the free digital pass, check in as they visit participating restaurants, and earn entry into an exclusive grand-prize giveaway. One lucky winner will receive a 1-night stay at the Burlington Waterfront Hotel, two tickets for an upcoming show at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre, and dinner for two at a participating Taste of Burlington restaurant.
