Food tells stories — about where we come from, how we adapt, and how communities are shaped over time. eat, make, share: Kids’ Kitchen Series invites young chefs to explore Canadian history through hands-on cooking and food storytelling. Inspired by the eat, make, share exhibition, this interactive workshop series looks at how food traditions have travelled, changed, and taken root in Canada.

Created by collaborators ages 18-70, this performance merges storytelling, conversation, craft and play.
