Curiosity has its perks: Discover Burlington launches Culture Crawl

September 18, 2026

Free mobile pass invites you to explore 15 cultural stops and earn rewards during Ontario Culture Days

BURLINGTON, ON, September 18, 2026 — A mural you’ve passed a hundred times. A museum you’ve been meaning to visit. Your next Burlington discovery could be closer than you think.

Discover Burlington is launching the Discover Burlington Culture Crawl, a free mobile pass that invites residents and visitors to explore the city’s arts, heritage and creative spaces September 18–October 4, 2026, alongside Ontario Culture Days.

With 15 stops across Burlington, the Culture Crawl turns a little curiosity into a reason to get out and explore. Participants use the pass on their phones, check in at participating locations and collect points to redeem for prizes.

The stops include the Art Gallery of Burlington, Ireland House Museum, Joseph Brant Museum, Royal Botanical Gardens’ Hendrie Park and The Burlington Performing Arts Centre. Public art adds more discoveries along the way, including Bimose Agaming | Walking Along the Lake, Birds of the World at Tansley Woods Community Centre and Sarah Carlson’s Water’s Edge to Cliff Ledge mural.

“The best discoveries happen when you take time to slow down and look closer at a place you thought you knew,” says Claire Green, Director of Destination Development and Marketing at Discover Burlington. “The Culture Crawl gives people a reason to step inside somewhere new, pause at a piece of public art and connect with the stories that make Burlington so unique. We’re excited to see everyone follow their curiosity and find some new favourite places.”
